Schedule of Activities

THIS SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

7:30 AM – Come by at the start of your ride and grab some coffee and pastries.  Make your donation, and even help set up.
9:00 AM – Official start of the event.  Breakfast and Coffee Available. Music DJ starts. Enjoy some activities organized by the Boulder Cycling Club all day starting at 9.
10:00 AM – Meet the Pros and go out on a ride with some of them. Pros that have committed so far.
10:30 AM – First silent auction starts. Bid early and often. Come back just before 1:30pm to make sure you win!
12:00 PM – Live Music. Different band every hour through the afternoon. Food & beer available. Raffle every hour (must be present at all except last one).
2:30 PM – Second silent auction runs until 5:30pm. Bigger, nicer stuff to choose from!
2:00 PM – Reunion of Pros from the Past introduced by Don Hobbs.  Come out and meet them.    First set of silent auction items closes.
3:30 PM – Greetings and Stories from Mayor Tara Shoedinger, Merc owner Rainbow Shultz, and other people of Jamestown
4:00 PM – Live Auction.  Last “big ticket” raffle.
4:30 PM – Featured Band.  The Mighty Twisters.
6:00 PM – Event closes.

Other stuff going on:

Coffee and Food will be available all day. Beer is available from Boulder Beer and Avery Brewing Company in the afternoon.
